Preschool Promise Program
Preschool Promise or (PSP) is a free comprehensive child development and family support program for children ages three and four years old. The program also includes parent meetings, parent and child activities, meals, transportation, and opportunities for parent involvement.
PRESCHOOL is FREE for those who qualify.
